Currently we are looking for an Executive Director.

Executive Director

Pasadena Senior Center seeks an Executive Director who will oversee and be responsible for the administration and leadership of the Center. The appropriate candidate will have nonprofit experience, excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills and be able to accomplish the following: secure major gifts and endowments; set and implement the Center's goals in partnership with the board of directors, staff and volunteers; manage and build internal and external relations with media, donors and members; collaborate with the City of Pasadena and other agencies within the San Gabriel Valley; be open to change in a diverse constituency; and articulate the Center's vision to the community.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Management experience in nonprofit environments. Ability to develop and implement fund raising plans to ensure the financial stability of the organization. Ability to manage and sustain staff and build partnerships. Strong computer and communication skills needed.
