St. Patrick’s Day Celebration

Chef Jerry Salthouse will prepare the feast the old-fashioned Irish way –
• Spinach Salad
• Boiled Brisket of Beef
• Parsley Potatoes
• Creamed peas and carrots
• Irish Potato Bread
• Tapioca Pudding
Entertainment will feature The Bob and Bernie St. Patrick’s Day Show, followed by the strolling tunes of Roberta and David Wilcox and Bert Bollinger. Prepaid reservations must be made by Thursday, March 11 at the Welcome Desk.
