Fitness Center members are welcome to join Peter Matus for 40-minute strength classes with free weights.
His classes are offered virtually through Zoom to all our fitness center members. Not a Fitness Center Member? Call the Welcome Desk at (626)795-4331 or click here and join today. Use your own set of 2lb or 5lb weights.
The current session ends on March 22, 2021.
Workout videos will be provided until the Spring Class session begins on April 12.
