Chi Fitness

This is a free activity for members.  A complete workout for the body, mind and spirit. Restore your health and bring vital energy into your body through easy to follow ancient “Chi Kung” exercises that increase relaxation, health and longevity. 

About the Instructor
Alice Gee-Lin Jue
is a long-time instructor at the Center. She is 77 years old and a certified “Chi Kung” trainer. Her other experiences include: 16 years of teaching Asian Cooking; 6 as a teacher of a PSC Class on fitness and health at Kwai Wah Chinese School in Sacramento; and 2 years at Lawry’s California Food Center participating in Health Fair Workshops. Alice has volunteered her time with the following community organizations, Friends of the South Pasadena Public Library, Friends of the Pasadena Playhouse, Los Angeles Music Center, and the San Gabriel Presbyterian Church. Alice has traveled extensively in the United States, Asia, Europe, Middle East and Australia. She is married, and mother of five grown children and nine grandchildren. We are glad, Alice finds the time to teach new and interesting courses at the Center!
