Pep Up Your Life

Pep up Your Life is a free class for members that is designed to improve the way you feel about your health and body, and for participants to have fun! The class is at an introductory level and participants will work at their own pace and within their own comfort range. The goal of this course is to help students feel stronger and enjoy higher levels of activity.

 

About the Instructors
Students from the Department of Kinesiology and Nutritional Science at California State University of  Los Angeles
, guide participants through a program designed to improve strength, balance and flexibility. These types of exercises have been shown to increase muscle mass and bone density.

Saturdays from 12 - 1:30 pm and 1:30 - 3 pm
