FONES4ALL
FONES4ALL helps low-income households to afford basic local
telephone service. The communities we serve include low-income
minority families, senior citizens, and students. We currently serve
the Southern California area. At FONES4ALL we provide our customers
with low-cost telephone service in conjunction with the Universal
Lifeline Telephone Service (ULTS) program. This telecommunications
service assistance program is based on specific eligibility
requirements. The California Public Utilities Commission has
implemented this program for low-income consumers to lower their

MASH Now Offers Home Repair Help to All Homeowners
All Pasadena
homeowners are eligible to receive minor home repair help, thanks to
Pasadena’s Maintenance Assistance and Services to Homeowners program. MASH is free to
qualified seniors and persons with disabilities. The new MASH+ is available
to all Pasadena homeowners for a reasonable fee.
Workers provide a
variety of services to help you maintain your home. “House painting,
yard clean up and window repair are the more popular services,” said Jim
Kiesendahl, supervisor of the training program. Many additional
services are offered, including rodent proofing; repair of stairs and
gutters; installation of deadbolt locks, wheelchair ramps, handrails and
grab bars, and other odd jobs.
“MASH is a
wonderful blessing. They have helped me live a better life alone,” wrote
one of many grateful residents. “Your crew is excellent, very
understanding and helpful,” wrote another satisfied customer. A service of the
Building and Neighborhood Revitalization Division, MASH is committed to
