Dial A Ride
Available to residents of Pasadena, Altadena, San Marino and San Gabriel. Under 60 years of age: with disability, doctor's verification requested; over 60 years: Written application by mail or in person at the office 100 N. Garfield Ave. #212, Pasadena, CA. 91109.

Office hours: 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m./Mon-Thu, alternate Fridays. Service hours: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM/Mon-Fri; 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM/Sat; 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM/Sun. Holiday service: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve and the day after Thanksgiving.
$0.50 per one-way trip.

Pasadena ARTS Bus
For information on ARTS routes and hours of service, please call Transit Services at (626) 744-4055. For information on parking opportunities along the ARTS routes, please call Parking Administration at (626) 585-6761.

Gold Line
There are 13 Gold Line stations, 6 in Pasadena, 1 in South Pasadena and 6 in Los Angeles.  Visit the MTA's station locations for a complete map and list of all Gold Line station addresses, descriptions, bus connections, neighborhood attractions, station artwork and station timetables.

Taxi Vouchers
Taxi Vouchers are available at Pasadena Senior Center the second Friday of the month beginning at 9 am.  Vouchers are provided on a first-come, first served basis.

Access Service
Access Services is responsible for the administration of Access Paratransit, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) mandated paratransit transportation program for
Los Angeles County and is committed to improving the mobility on public transit of persons with disabilities. Additionally, as the CTSA, Access Services is responsible for coordinating transportation programs of the various social service providers in the county.
