chef gabbyDid you know the Senior Center invites its members to a free luncheon for their birthday month? If you have ever been to one of the Birthday Luncheons at the Pasadena Senior Center, then you’ve probably had the privilege of tasting some of Chef Gabriela Beas’ delicious food. She also provides the meals for some of our special events, such as the Valentine’s Day Sweetheart’s Dance. While fairly new to the PSC family, Chef Gabby is already making her mark with her home-style cooking and tasty menus. Everything she cooks is made fresh and from scratch. She enjoys the challenge of creating tasty meals for people with dietary constraints, and is constantly researching foods that are beneficial for seniors. Gabby enjoys the freedom she is allowed when running her kitchen at PSC.

When not at PSC, Gabby works full-time

Bingo isn’t what first brought Eleanor to the Pasadena Senior Center.
