Have a problem and don’t know where to turn? Call a case manager; they can assist with issues such as arranging meals, transportation options, applying for homecare services, and many other needs.
Due to COVID-19, Human Services Association (HAS) is not doing any face-to-face contact with any clients. To speak to a case manager call Daniela Guzman at (626) 358-1185 Ext. 1506. The office in Monrovia is currently closed. Your call may be forwarded to their main building in Bell Gardens where a client is able to leave a message for and a case manager will contact them back. All care managers are working remotely until further notice.
