This is low-impact circuit training for adults 50+. Build strength, balance, mobility, cardio, and functional movement through timed stations and guided coaching. Designed for beginners to intermediate levels, with modifications for all abilities. Expect a supportive, upbeat environment and exercises that improve everyday movements like standing, reaching, and lifting—helping you stay strong, steady, and energized. Registration is required.
