But when Roxie (Renee Zellweger) also winds up in prison, Billy takes on her case as well, turning her into a media sensation. January 10:“Twisters” (2024, PG-13) Kate Carter (Daisy Edgar-Jones), a retired tornado-chaser and meteorologist, is persuaded to return to Oklahoma to work with a new team and new technologies. January 17: “Martha” (2024, not rated) This documentary about the life of Martha Stewart covers the breadth of her extraordinary life through intimate interviews with Stewart herself, who opened up her personal archives to share never-before-seen photos, letters and diary entries. January 24: “Rebel Without a Cause” (1955, PG-13) Jim Stark (James Dean) is the new kid in town. He has been in trouble elsewhere; that’s why his family has had to move before. Here he hopes to find the love he doesn’t get from his middle-class family. Though he finds some of this in his relation with Judy (Natalie Wood), and a form of it in his friend Plato’s (Sal Mineo) adulation for him, Jim must still prove himself to his peers in switchblade knife fights and a drag race. January 31: “The Goonies” (1985, PG) When two brothers find out they might lose their house, they are desperate to find a way to keep it.
